About Sebastian

Sebastian has in-depth knowledge of the rules on public procurement and ICT contracts, from both private and public sectors. As a former head of the contract and procurement department in a larger public entity, Sebastian has extensive experience with practical issues that may arise in connection with procurement and contract management.

After many years of assisting both private and public actors in the procurement process, Sebastian has gained significantly good insight into challenges and opportunities that may occur for both parties. He has extensive experience in negotiations and is exceptional at finding the best solutions in cases where the parties seem far apart.

Sebastian has also worked extensively with ICT contracts and has good knowledge on Difi’s and the Norwegian Data Society’s standard contracts.

He regularly gives lectures in public procurement and IT contracts.
